Pastor thanked God that his angle is fine now, as it was heavily stressed during a wall-painting session.
Eunice gave thanks for the safe trip despite strenuous weather, and also for her work that went smoothly and was enjoyable. She's also taken up a teaching diploma for piano. Pray for her as she works on her assignments. Pray also for Shawn and Lee Huat as they are not feeling well.
Serene is planning for her upcoming summer holidays and is deciding between China, Korea and Turkey for her teaching stint. Pray for guidance as she has to make a decision by the end of the week. Pray with her too as she seeks the Lord in her career path.
Pray for Anisia as she handles her challenging class. Pray for God to help her discipline the students. She thanked God for the boy who went for anger management sessions and is calmer now.
Pray for Beck and her family for a place to move into.
Tian will be going to Kedah with her family for CNY. Pray for journey mercy and safekeeping. She also thanked God that her school schedule was not disrupted by the trip.
Vinson thanked God for the completion of his school project. He's currently brainstorming for ideas and inspiration for his iPad project. He will be having exams this Wed (10/2) and also during the following week.
Emmanuel will be sitting for 4 tests on Monday. Pray with him for God's strength as he copes with his heavy load of projects for his Media programme.
Pray with Uncle Derrick and his team of consultants for successful implementation in their work. Continue to pray with him too for God's direction with regards to his future career.
XiuXiu will be going to malaysia for CNY from Thursday to Sunday (10 days!). She gave thanks to God for the great provision of a room near an MRT station.

Church camp this June 2010 in Subang, KL (tentative plans)

Pray for pastor as he’ll be sharing and promoting the CD at a pastoral meeting this Wednesday 20th Jan. Pray for words from the Lord, and that hearts will be opened to purchase the CD.

Thank God that Jo is settled and enjoying life in NY. Pray with her as she still has 2 papers to complete.

Pray for Anisia that God will provide her the wisdom to handle a child in her class. Anisia thanked God too that her iPhone was saved.

Pray for Mich’s sister as she flies to China (Sunday morning). Mich's 2 week attachment was very interesting. Pray for her that she will remain unaffected by work situations and that God will grant her peaceful slumber.

Pray for Eunice’s family as they fly to Shanghai for a work-and-holiday trip. Keep Eunice’s health in prayer as well.

Shu thanked God for a good time to rest and relax at Batam. Thank God too for helping her as she faced unpleasant situations at training. Pray for her team as they prepare for their competition next week. She also thanked God for the modules that she got.

Beck thanked God for the modules for the semester. Beck shared about the terrible Thursday, and thanked God who tide her through it and enabled her to deliver her lesson properly. Pray also for her Aunt as her condition is deteriorating.

Pray for Marsha’s cough that God will heal her. Pray for her mother too that God will keep her safe and in health.

Keep Vinson and his team in prayer as they work on their project.

Uncle Derrick thanked God that his friend could offer him help in his work. Continue to pray for him as God leads him in his path ahead.

Mich is starting her attachment this week.
Serene and Charlie are off next week to HK for a short trip. Pray for safe journey and an enjoyable trip.
Serene thanked God that she has been promoted to her Honours year. And also that she has gotten the modules she needed.
Beck and Weijie are home safe from Chiangmai. They are thankful that God provided a way home in time for watchnight service. And also for a fruitful and memorable trip.
Beck thanked God also for financial providence.
Keep Weijie in prayer for his health, as he isn't feeling too well.
Pray for Uni students as they go through the bidding period, that they will be able to bid for good modules.
Pray for Shaun as he begins school this week.
Keep Eunice in prayer as she has a trip to China early this month, and also for her to be able to get tickets for the family to go along.
Jon has to complete many assignments this week. Keep him in prayer as he tackles a packed and busy week.
Continue to pray for Uncle Derrick and his colleague as they adjust to their new boss, pray for good rapport between them. Also pray with his team for business and projects. Continue to pray also for God’s direction for Uncle Derrick.

Jo is settling in well. Keep her in prayer as she is working through 2 submissions this week. Thank God too for her healing.
Pray for Victoria as she has stomach flu due to the after effects of medication.
Uncle Derrick is also recovering from gastric flu. Continue to pray for the healing and restoration of his health. Pray for adjustments as he works with his next boss, and that he/she will be a good boss. Pray also for Uncle D as he seeks God's direction in his professional path.
Pray for Samuel for the healing of his rash.
Vinson thanked God that his exams are over. Pray with him for direction as he deliberates whether to continue in the world skills competition.
Keep Rebecca and Weijie as they travel to Chiang Mai (20th-30th Dec).
Keep Ellyna in prayer for the healing of her headache and her health. Also pray with her for sustenance at work.
Pray for Jon as he works through intensive filming projects these 2 weeks. Pray particularly for good weather. Jon also gave thanks for a small miracle as God provided him transport home even though he thought he'd missed the last bus home.
Tian and Shu have officially signed on as teachers.
Mich Tay gave thanks as she is happy with her job and the opportunities. She praised God for the christian fellowship she shares with her colleagues and also for the bible study group that she and her friend are starting.
Aunty Grace has gone back to work. Pray for her as she deals with stress and assignments that are to be completed. Pray also that the headache from her H1N1 jab will subside.

The presence of God is His greatest present to us.

Announcement!
Joshua’s 3rd birthday party on the 13th of Dec, at Dan and Ani’s place, 1pm.

Gary, Nicholas, and Aaron are off fishing at the kelong. Pray for safety and fellowship in faith.

Uncle Derrick’s family is in San Francisco now. Pray for them as they travel to NY and meet Jo. Pray for safekeeping and for their health and a good time of family bonding.

Pray for Daniel as he hasn’t been feeling too well, probably due to stress.

Shu wants to thank God that her online purchase (a gift from her mom) has arrived! She thought that it was lost in transition. Pray for her as she’s going for grading on Sunday. Pray that God’s grace and favour will be upon her. (she passed!) She also lost her handphone. Pray that she will be provided with a working handphone.

Thank God that the printing company was able to deliver the CDs to the church on Wednesday. Continue to pray in faith for the sales of the CD. Pray also for those who listen to the music, that they will be blessed by the music.

Lingwei is spending a month with Jo. Pray for a wonderful experience and a good time of fellowship for the both of them. Thank God that Jo is able to sleep well now (: and also for providing Jo and Lingwei with some extra cash through an ad hoc job.

Pray for Serene’s last paper on Monday. Pray with her as it is one of her most stressful paper.

Keep Charlie in prayer as he is not feeling well.

Pray for Anisia as she has to rewrite a syllabus. Pray that God will grant her the strength and wisdom to manage the stress well and do a good job.

Mich Tay gave thanks that she is well and is kept healthy even though her colleagues have been falling ill. She gave thanks too that she passed her IPPT well.

Linda passed her driving!

Rebecca and Wei Jie will be going to an orphanage in Chiang Mai this Christmas.

Ellyna thanked God for providing even though her flight was delayed on her way home to Jakarta, as she got an air ticket for a very good price. Her week was tough at work as many were on leave. She thanked God that He provided strength, wisdom, and miracles for her at work despite the very stressful conditions.

Pray for McKen as he’s running a marathon on Sunday. Pray that his knee will recover and be well rested.

Pray for Aunty Elsie as she’s going for an eye check on Monday. Pray that the review will be positive and informative.

Tian gave thanks for a job provision.

Continue to keep Pastor in prayer for his ankle, as pain has been acting up recently.

Keep Ellyna in prayer as she is now in Jakarta.
Pray for Darren as he recovers from his accident. Pray for God’s healing to be upon him.
Give thanks that God has provided divinely for Joanna with a really nice apartment and also for her lifted spirits.
Pray that the CD can be released on the 3rd of Dec.
Shu thanked God that her examinations are over! She thanked God for seeing her through, and that this semester is over, for providing people around who carried her through with practical and emotional support. Pray for her wrist too, that it will heal before her Kendo grading next week.
Continue to keep the university students in prayer as their examinations continue.
Pray for Aunty Grace as she continues to travel. Thank God that her work objectives were met at her first two destinations. Pray that her last leg of work will be fruitful as well. Pray for her health and safety.
Uncle Derrick is feeling much better than last week. But there is still pain along his left arm. Pray that the cold will not affect it, and that his arm will be healed.
Pray for Emmanuel as he is still not recovered from his bad throat.
Continue to pray for Samuel as he continues to strive as a student and a child of God.
Serene’s laptop was accidentally short circuited. Pray that it will be restored.
Eunice thanked God for the safe trip, and for God’s protection as they journeyed to and fro from Genting. She gave thanks that there was no rain along mountainous roads.

Sharing 21/11/09 and updates

Pray for the CD production as we’re on the last stretch of the production. Pray as the master copy is being done up in UK. Pray that the copy will be out by next Saturday. Pray also for the developments for the next month: CD ‘promo’ tour, and for caroling.

Dan thanked God that he could make it for Joshua’s concert as singspiration leader despite clashes with his army timetable. He thanked God too that his parents were touched by the songs. He’s glad that his school is winding down, time for a breather. Continue to pray for his arrangement/situation next year

Shu gave thanks for His grace through her paper this morning, and for His refreshment and encouragement during the week.

Continue to pray for the Uni people as they sit for their exams.

Ani gave thanks, as she requested for the EL committee in her school and she’s part of it for the year. She’s happy too that things seem to be looking up at her work.

Serene gave thanks for the week, and for her first paper and the encouraging grades for her assignments.

Beck thanked God that her mom’s car was saved from the flood, and also for her take home exam that has been submitted. Pray for her lecturer who passed away recently, and also his family in their grief.

Aunty Grace has flown off on Sunday morning. A long flight to Kansas City then to Canada, then to Oklahoma city, then to san Francisco. Pray for her as she PRs with her associates over there, and holidays with the rest of the family (: They’ll be meeting Jo on the 7th. Keep them all in prayer for safety and for health.

Pray for Samuel as his PSLE results will be out this Thursday.

Uncle derrick was in hospital for treatment during the past week for the ‘white patches’ in his head. Pray for his sleep that he can have good rest, and adjust back his body clock. Continue to pray for his health, and as he copes with his work from home.

Pray for Emmanuel’s healing as he’s down with a throat infection and a running nose.

- Continue to pray for Jo as she searches for an apartment. She's viewing an apartment near her university this week, pray that God will make the way to provide a good deal. Thank God that she's able to sleep a little more and better, but continue praying for her mental and physical health.

- Pray for the CD production, as the last 3 songs are being edited. Pray for Pastor as he does a 5min presentation at the pastor's gathering to promote the CD. Pray that God will enable the pastors and their congregations to buy the CDs by faith. Also, Thank God for his continual provision for the CD funds, and continue to pray in faith for the financial provision for the printing of the CD.

- Beck gave thanks for the good results for her test. Pray for her as she works on her take home exam, that God will be her inspiration and provide her clear thoughts.

- Pray for Mich for her duty on Sunday, and also for the rest of the week.

- Keep the uni girls (and guy haha) in prayer as they prepare for their upcoming exams. Pray especially for Serene as her exam begins this week, and also for Shu who has her first paper on Saturday.

- Pray for Uncle Derrick's work situation, as his consultants and team are entering a crucial period for their project. Also keep his health in prayer, especially for the pain in his head and for his vision. Pray that God's healing will be upon him.

- Charlie thanked god that his business has found a new location for their office, which is a bigger space. Thanked God too for good Christian landlords.

- Daniel thanked god that his son is safe. Pray that Joshua will be a good boy.

- Jo is still looking for a new apartment. Pray that she will find one near her university at a good price. Pray that it will be a clean place with no insects. Zilch. Pray for her mental health too.

- CD production: pray that we will finish our recording by Sunday.
Praise God for everything thus far and for the goodness (quality) of the CD. Pray especially for Jon who feels stressed, and for the editing process as well. Pray with faith for the provision of finances for the CD and its printing. Pray for Marsha too as she works on the design of the CD. Pray for God’s revelation and guidance to be upon her that it may be a spiritual experience for her as well.

- Beck’s first exam paper starts next Friday – a take home 3-day exam. Keep her in prayer.
Also for her family as they are moving out in 3-6 months time, pray that God will provide a good place in the West. People are evaluating the house on Monday, pray that everything will go smoothly.

- Pastor Jason had an unusual experience of chest pains. Thank god that the medical report is fine. Though the cause of the pain is unknown, pray that he will continue to be careful with his health.

- Continue to pray for Uncle Derrick’s group of consultants, as they are still unable to solve the technical problems. Pray for good team work and wisdom.
Late last Sunday he had a pain on the right side of his head and went to see a neurologist and had a series of tests. His arteries and veins are clear but there were several white spots in the scan. Monday he’s going back to hospital for treatment. Even thought the pain is not as intense now, pray for him that he will be healthy and well.

- Keep Tian in prayer as she ploughs through her heavy workload this week.

- Pray with Shu also as she has a test and a paper due on Monday, and another paper on Tuesday.

- Mich Tay thanked God that she got an easy person to escort for her duty. Pray that her gastric won’t act up when she is stressed.

Jo's still in negotiation regarding her apartment. The roaches are still a persistent problem. Pray for her as she meets the apartment owners, and that God's will will be done.
Pastor gave thanks that the CD production is coming along fine. Continue to pray for strength for all who are involved in the production.
Eunice gave thanks for her new car, and also thanked God that complications at work were resolved and things came together smoothly. Pray with her as she is organizing a piano concert for the 14th of Nov, and is busy with its preparations. Pray also for her dad as his business is not doing very well.
Serene gave thanks for her safe trip to Kuantan with Charlie and friends, and also for her food club's october fest which went well. She will also be going to Taiwan on an internship next May. Keep her and the uni girls in prayer as exams are approaching.
Shu thanked God for her results for a very difficult test.
Mich Tay thanked God for exciting opportunities at work.
Keep Ellyna in prayer as she faces a tough time at work and with her superiors. Pray for God's protection and wisdom amidst her work environment.
Uncle Derrick is coming to the end of his module Windows for Addiction. Continue to pray with him as he seeks God's subsequent direction.

Pray with Jo as she struggles with her roach situation, and also for the rental of her new apartment. Pray that God will provide a way for her.
Continue to pray over the CD production. Praise be to God for the provision of excellent musicians and for His movement in this production process. Pray with the church as the CD production enters its final and most crucial stage with the vocalists. Pray also for a designer for the album cover. Thank you Lord for Your encouragement.
Vinson gave thanks for his good timetable this semester.
Aunty Grace gave thanks to God for making a way. Her maid as re-signed the contract for another 2 years. Pray for Aunty Grace's safekeeping as she's overseas now.
Keep Uncle Derrick and his team in prayer for wisdom, and that they will progress in resolving technical issues. He gave thanks to God for a good team. Also pray with him as he seeks God's direction in his counseling work.
Shu fell sick last sunday. Pray that God will heal and that her voice will clear up as soon as possible.
Pray for Pastor Jason and the council as the convene. Pray that God will continually provide the wisdom to make good decisions.

Thank you Jesus that our CD production is progressing well. Pray for the CD production team that God will keep them in health and strength.

Keep Pastor in prayer as his hernia is giving him problems. Pray for God’s healing and His guidance.

Vincent thanked god that his diploma plus is over.

Aunty Elsie thanked God for healing of her throat.

Pray for Tian and Shu as they await God’s direction, and whether or not they should accept the teaching offer.

Tian gave thanks for the christian fellowship among her geography classmates. Pray too that she can see her hard disk again.

Serene thanked God for sustenance throughout this week. She thanked god too that her hall charges have been waived. She applied for an internship to Taiwan(working with an NGO) either in Dec or May. Pray for her interview this Wednesday.

Jo’s apartment in NY is infested with cockroaches! Pray that God will keep her protected and that He will remove all the undesired little squatters.

Pray the safekeeping of Mich Tay’s sister is on a business trip in china.

Pray for Uncle Derrick’s work situation, that God will provide the resource to solve their problem. Thank god that the team of consultants are cooperative. Pray for God’s arrangement for their project with their customers.

Continue to pray for the production of the church CD. Pray for sustenance for the people involved in the production, especially for shu, dan, and jon, as well as the other vocalists. Pray for good health, and for discipline to keep to our schedule. Pray also for the funding of the CD, and for the continual development of the worship team.
Ellyna thanked God for the confirmation of her work.
Dan thanked god for the provision of a caretaker for Charissa (his father-in-law). Keep Aunty Elsie in prayer as she’s ill, and pray for her healing.
Mich Tay will be up for ushering duty this week. Keep her in prayer that God will take her anxiousness away.
Pray for Xiu Xiu’s father-in-law, who is still in the emergency observation room. Pray for healing and salvation. Also continue to pray for the provision of her room.
Pray for Gary, Kevin, Emmanuel and Nicholas as they sit for their exams this week.
Ani is still facing problems with her class. Pray for a good spirit in the class.
Pray for Sam as he sits for his Science PSLE on Monday (last paper!)
Shu thanked God that she survived the two most terrible weeks of her Uni life. Continue to pray for her especially for the coming weeks with the production of the CD.
Continue to keep Jo in prayer, as she misses home. (we miss you too!) She has a paper due in 6 days time.
Pray for Uncle Derrick’s work team as they deal with problems. Pray for the provision of resource and wisdom so that they may proceed with their project plan. Continue to pray for God’s wisdom for the family that Uncle Derrick is working with as they make major decisions.

Thank God that Jo is settling in well. She is also planning to get a job. Pray for her that she will get the job so that she can have more savings.
Pray for Shu as she has 3 tests and 2 assign papers due this week, and a test next Monday.
Pray for wisdom for Uncle Derrick as he handles family therapy. Pray for the parents as well, for good communication them and their son, pray for courage, wisdom, and above all, love. Pray for a positive outcome as he meets a director at work this week.

Anisia thanked God for His healing. She had a high fever on Sunday due to a milk clot.
Beck thanked God that she got an RA job.
Pray for God’s guidance for Serene as she handles the insurance for her club’s JB food trip.
Mich Tay thanked God for protection, as she didn’t get infected or fall ill even though her room mate was not well.
Shu thanked God for providing a caterer for the Kendo chalet she’s organizing.
Pray for the university students as they deal with their school workload!
Keep Ellyna in prayer for journey mercy as she flies to Jakarta. Pray too for her safekeeping and well-being.
Pray for Xiu Xiu as she searches for a house, and thank God for providing her temporary login with her sister.
Pray for Dan and his family for God’s wisdom and direction as they plan for their family’s future. Pray that they will go in God’s direction as it is the best way.
Pray for God’s healing for Emmanuel as he has a sore throat. Keep him in prayer as he sits for two tests this week, and also for his filming project.

Pray for Uncle Derrick’s work arrangement, and also for business for his firm. Keep him in prayer as he meets up with a project director on Tuesday. For his counseling work, continue to pray for the family he’s currently involved with. Pray for the strength and wisdom for the parents in communicating with their son.
For Jo, thank God that she’s more settled in her new residence and her course in NY.
Continue to pray or the recording of the CD. Pray that the production will be on schedule. Keep Jon in prayer too for God to grant him health, strength, and focus. We give thanks that the fund is coming in gradually.

Eunice gave thanks to God that her music students did very well for their exams. Pray for her as her workload gets heavier, and also for the decision whether or not to fly with her family at the end of the year. Pray too for God's healing of her back.
Keep Samuel in prayer as he sits for his PSLE listening comprehension exam on friday.
Mich Tay thanked God that she did very well for her shooting exam!
Pray with Anisia for a particular class, specifically for God's wisdom to handle the very rowdy class, and for them to listen and respect her as their teacher.
Serene requested prayer for an event her food club organized to JB. She thanked god for the overwhelmingly good response. Pray also for the safety of the participants. She's also gotten a position as a Research Assistant. Pray with her for God's direction as she considers whether she should follow her professor to Perth for the research project.
Beck thanked God for a good (though tiring) week, as well as for the job that she and Weijie had. Also pray that she'll be able given the research assistant position that she applied for.
Thank God that Jo has finally managed to get a room that is also convenient for her to get to school. Pray too that she will settle into school fast and well.
Keep Shu in prayer for wisdom and strength to handle a difficult working relationship with her trainer. Pray also that the club and trainers will be able to work together for the best interest of the club. Pray for her also as has a competition tomorrow (sunday).
Aunty Grace requested prayer for her maid. Pray that the arrangements for her new maid will be smooth. Pray also for her work arrangement and God's timing as she has to fly during Emmanuel's and Samuel's exams. Keep her health in prayer too as she hasn't been feeling well this week with a migraine and fever.
Continue to pray with Uncle Derrick for the firm. Pray for God's provision of business for his division. Also pray for God's arrangement as he's involved in an intro program for addiction that takes time away from his counselling work.
Keep Sherwin in prayer as he's in the midst of his internship, and working under many tight datelines. Pray that God will provide as he has to put in many extra hours.
Pray for Tian for God's sustenance as she handles a heavy workload for the week.

Also, due to her good results in the past semester, she was offered the opportunity to take up a second major. So in all, she really gives great thanks for God's immense blessing for her.
Vinson requested prayer for protection if he goes for his soccer match tomorrow. He also gave thanks that his sister was protected during her recent diving trip which had an unfortunate mishap.

Pray for Serene: The Korean Exchange program has limited place and she has placed Mexico as her second choice. Pray for her as she has a subject tutor who displays a negative attitude towards her.
Pray for Shumin:She is participating in a healthy lifestyle project for kids. Load is heavy as she has to juggle her time between school, this assignment, her tuition job and sports. Thank God for some relief in her tuition job as one of her students has gone on to other educational pursuits.

Elsie thanked God for her very happy retirement and expressed that there have been challenges to her faith this past year. Pray for wisdom in raising Josh and that Eema will let God take control.
Jo gave thanks for a very good year. Although this year has been challenging to her faith, she has learnt that submitting to God and trusting in Him is truly the very best way.
Sherwin gave thanks for a smooth year despite the uncertainty he faced and for friends that have provided him with great encouragement. Thank God for giving him strength and for sustaining him.
Linda thanked God for her friends and for how the gloomy and challenging first half of the year picked up and turned into a very good next half of the year. Praise God! She requests prayer for the right focus and determination for the coming year.

Dan shared that it has been a big adjustment professionally, but thank God for His revelation through Pastor's vision that helped set the right perspective about work. Pray for the breakthrough in his spiritual walk over the cloud that he has been experiencing of late, also, for his family to grow into a strong unit, in line with God.
Emmanuel gave thanks to God for teaching him how to manage his time well, as well as for his teachers and good results. He requested prayer that he remains consistent in his efforts for the coming year.

Tian gave thanks that she managed to get through the mentally exhausting seminar over the weekend. While the experience was poor, she gave thanks that this has allowed her relationship with her mum to be stronger and more open with each other. She gave thanks as well for the fantastic weather during her hiking trip to JB, praising God for his blessing and answered prayer. That said, keep her in prayer as she travels out to Cambodia this Tues to Fri.
Shu gave thanks that over the course of the past months, her choice of major has become clearer and more evident to her.
Sherwin requested prayer for wisdom in deciding his electives by the 28th of this month. These electives will ultimately determine his course and probably his internship in the coming semesters. He also requested prayer for his hives, the condition is back and he seeks recovery even though he gave thanks that his mum did not overreact as on a previous occasion.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates

Thank God for Joshua's recovery, just in time for his birthday party. Praise God for his healing!
Vinson gave thanks for the enjoyable time he had in camp and for Daniel's very timely encouragement as he prepared to lead worship during the camp.
Linda also gave thanks for the good time at the camp, particularly that it turned out better than expected. She gave thanks for God's mighty work on the weather, halting the showers at timely moments to facilitate the camp.
Keep Tian in prayer for her sprained/twisted back.
Beck requested prayer that a suitable candidate for the position of alumni president will come along to relieve her off her duties.
Sherwin gave thanks that he's back safely from HK, he gave thanks that while he had a bad stomach just before he left, the effects were minimal during his trip there. He requested prayer for his Japanese exam, pray that he'll pass!
Keep Serene in prayer as she travels to Malaysia next week for an outdoor adventure camp. She'll also be participating heavily in her inter-hall games next week so pray for safekeeping!
Eunice gave thanks that Sean has responded well to the vacccination, pray that Sean will be able to sleep well so that mother and child can rest properly.
Pray for Emmanuel as he goes for his Kuo C*huan interview on Monday morning, 930am.
JJ gave thanks for God's work during the StandChart race, despite facing disqualification, with perseverance and God's grace, they managed to obtain validation for their run timings in the end.
Pray for Jo and the accident she got into, please pray that the whole paper work process will be smoothly completed, that the Malaysian's can be contacted and the claims can proceed. Pray for her neck as well as she sustained a neck injury during the collision.

Health-related:

Dan gave thanks that he managed to recover from his mid-week bout of diarrhoea.
Keep Joshua in prayer as he's down with a lung infection, thank God that his fever has subsided.
Xiuxiu gave thanks that her gastric flu is much better, and she requested prayer for full recovery.
Keep Ah-Mah in prayer - she has a bad cough and possible lung infection resulting in poor sleep. Pray for good rest and strengthening.

Xiuxiu shared about her immensely hectic week at work, and gave thanks for God's miraculous work - assuring her through his word and helping her with the company hiccups. She will be travelling to Malaysia this week and will return to Singapore on the 15th.
Vinson requested prayer for cohesion as he, tian and linda will be involved with the youth camp & worship sessions. He also requested prayer for his job interview this monday afternoon.
Jon requested prayer for his JC retreat as his committee brainstorm and plan the theme for next year.
Shu gave thanks that her Wednesday paper was okay and has 3 more papers this week. She also requested prayer for her friend's mum in the grieving process over the dragonboating mishap.
Uncle Jeff requested prayer for Victoria who is away in Vietnam on a teaching assignment till the end of the week.
Pray for Sherwin as he travels to HK for a short holiday Mon to Fri night.
Uncle D gave thanks for his good results and requested prayer for his assignment due on the 21st.
Emmanuel gave thanks for God's protection during his competition and for the blessing of the edusave award. He requested prayer for God's direction and good timing over his school transfer. He has an interview with Kuo C*huan on the 10th while his application to Maris S*tella will be out next week.
Pray for Jo as she has several important deadlines and assignments due by the 15th of this month.

Keep Dan, Ani, Josh and the in-laws in prayer as they are all sick.
Pray for Xiuxiu as well, she's down with gastric flu.
Ani gave thanks that she managed to get through her boring brownies camp she shared that at her recent work review, she has been placed on a leadership track and most probably will have more responsibilities in the coming year.
Vinson shared about his application as a waiter and hopes he will be able to secure the job.
Linda gave thanks for her great holiday and for God's safekeeping.
Pray for the NUS students as they begin exams this Monday. Pray for them as they juggle revision, especially for those like Tian with a very packed exam schedule
Sherwin gave thanks for sustenance and great support from his friends during the process of working on his projects. He gave thanks that his Japanese role-play went pretty well and will have a Jap exam next Sunday.
Pray for baby Sean as he's still having a mild case of jaundice, pray also for his 1st immunization jab this Thurs.
Beck gave thanks that her theatre practical and term results did well. She requested prayer as she juggles exam revision and her alumni college event that she is organizing
Shu gave thanks that her test results did satisfactorily well too, she is glad her sister is coming back home soon. More importantly, her mum has consented to her baptism! Praise God. Keep Shu in prayer as she has a challenging exam paper to prepare for.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates!

Vinson gave thanks that his O's are over as well as for his dad who brought him shopping!
Sherwin requested prayer for his friend Joleen - her artwork suffered a mishap and cracked, hopefully she won't have to redo her piece, he also shared that she is open to the religion and requested prayer for God's inroads. Pray for Sherwin as well - he has a hectic week ahead with submissions.
Ani shared about her new class for 2008 and found it challengeing, pray for the wide berth to be able to manage and educate these new kids for the year ahead. Pray for safekeeping as she goes for a Brownies camp next week.
Shu gave thanks that her assignment did well, she also gave thanks for the eye-opening experience at the kendo competition last week where she did pretty good.
Pray for Pastor and Auntie Jane as they travel up to Malaysia next week from Tues-Fri for a leadership camp.
JJ gave thanks that he managed to successfully complete his project, however due to this disruption it has affected his exam revision. Pray that he'll be able to get started and revise efficiently and wisely. He also requested for God's blessing of wisdom for his brother
Continue to pray for Auntie Grace as work has been increasingly demanding and challenging. Pray for God's strength and empowerment.
Pray for Uncle Derrick as he has an assignment due this Monday, his recent medical checkup wasn't favourable as well; continue to pray for healing and recovery.
Dan shared about the upcoming work allocation for the new year and it looks hectic. Pray for God's mediation and for the capability to manage his new responsibilities.

Beck has 2 tests next week, her brother is having his A's at the moment.
Vinson has 2 final papers - Accounts & Chinese, he ends on Tues.
Serene has exams for the next 2 weeks & challenging papers in French and another elective.
Michelle Tay also has exams in the next 2 weeks
Shu has a presentation on tues & test on wed.
JJ has a 25% weightage presentation this monday.

Ani gave thanks for God's favour during her class results analysis, not only did she escape scrutiny but she was commended for her efforts in helping weaker students for english. haha Praise God!
Serene shared about the youth group in her hostel and requested prayer for growth.
Tian gave thanks that her mum is back safely from China and gave thanks for her assignment results even though she received a myriad of grades. She requested prayer for her tutee who sat for a challenging entrance exam for secondary 1.
Shu gave thanks for her test results which were satisfactory, a new friend to prepare for exams with and for God's grace - averting the mark deduction for her late assignment last week.
JJ gave thanks that his leg injury has recovered.
Keep Joshua in prayer as he battles a cough, baby Sean will also be having his 1st month celebration at Eunice's place next Sat at noon!

Beck gave thanks that she managed to recover her wallet and important documents after misplacing it for the 2nd time.
Pray for Emmanuel as he takes an entrance test on the 6th and 7th of November.
Shu requested prayer for her stomach flu.
Vinson's mid-way through his O'Level Exams, pray for his major papers on the 5th and 6th. Pray also for the removal of the floaters in his eye that have resurfaced lately.
Sherwin requested prayer for sustenance as his assignments are due this coming Tues. Pray also for concentration in class.
Pray for Serene and Michelle Tay as they prepare for their exams.
Dan shared that his workload has been manageable but requested prayer for self-control and patience in guiding Anisia.

Eunice gave thanks for the smooth delivery of Sean and for God's covering and protection of his health.

Jon gave thanks that the chapel worship he led went well , he also gave glory to God for his results and gave thanks that he was promoted by the grace of God. He shared that he will be in the commitee for next year's life concert and requested prayer for a goodteam.
Emmanuel gave thanks for his excellent results, making it to the Top 5% of the cohort. He requested prayer that his application for a transfer will be granted according to his heart's desire.
Auntie Grace shared that her mum is currently in the advance stage of cancer but is responding well to treatment. She requested prayer for her mum's salvation. She also shared about her work and gave thanks for God's hand in the matter of things.
Pray for Uncle Derrick as he begins his 2nd term of lessons next weekend. Pray that it will be a fruitful, learning experience.
Tian gave thanks that her skin wounds have been completely healed! She also gave thanks for the good grade she got for her assignment.
Dan shared about his hectic week and requested prayer for a pleasant work schedule for this week. Pray as well that he won't be overloaded with responsibilities for the next year.

We give thanks that Eunice had a smooth delivery of a healthy and handsome baby boy!
Dan requested prayer for exam invigilation duties next week, pray that it will be a smooth-sailing event. He also requested prayer for his frozen shoulder problem.
Vinson gave thanks for the blessing - his Science practical O'Level exam was almost like his prelim paper. He requested prayer for his written geog exam this coming Friday.
Sherwin gave thanks that his final project came together very successfully. He gave thanks that he has a week's break before his very blessed schedule for next semester kicks in.
Tian requested prayer for her mum who is in China on business. Pray also for her skin wounds which opened up this week, pray that the treatment she is receiving now will be effective.
Pray for Samuel as he has exams this week from Mon-Thurs.
Shu gave thanks that tuition kid did well for her exams. She requested prayer for her sister who will be travelling to the States on Tues 7pm.
Emmanuel gave thanks for his exam results (6 As!) and requested prayer that his transfer application to Presb. High will be approved.
Auntie Elsie gave thanks that her eye check-up went well, but requested prayer for a muscle strain.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates

Pastor gave thanks for the blessing of good health despite the swelling on his nose earlier in the week.
Jo gave thanks that she managed to complete her 1st assignment, pray for her as she has 2 more assignments and exams to prepare for this month.
Serene gave thanks that she managed to complete her assignments on time. She will be going on a trip to Krabi this Dec with her ODAC mates. She also shared about her aunt that was very discouraging, pray that this negativity will not affect her.
Ani gave thanks that her teaching observation went well, and she had good feedback. She gave thanks as well that Joshua is coping well with the vaccination.
Shu gave thanks that she managed to get through a stressful week and a stressful test.
Sherwin gave thanks for God's many blessings on the way to church. He shared that his mum has decided to go back to church and also requested prayer for wisdom in her decision to change jobs. He requested prayer for this hectic week, as he has a huge final project due on Thurs.
Tian gave thanks that she did well for her Geog test, she requested prayer as she and her team source for well-priced air tickets to Cambodia this Dec.
Vinson requested prayer for his Science O'level exams this coming week as well as the encouraging lunch session he had with Daniel during the past week.
Emmanuel gave thanks that he's finally almost done with his exams, he has one last paper on Tues.
Pray for Daniel as well, he has a whole load of marking to complete by Tues. Pray also for the protection of the mind, that negative thoughts will be dispelled from his thinking.
Pray for Eunice! She is due for delivery very soon and pray for comfort and strength as she's been having contractions frequently.
Linda gave thanks for her promotional exam results, she did reasonably well and will be promoted to her second year.
