Sharing 21/11/09 and updates

• Pray for the CD production as we’re on the last stretch of the production. Pray as the master copy is being done up in UK. Pray that the copy will be out by next Saturday. Pray also for the developments for the next month: CD ‘promo’ tour, and for caroling.

• Dan thanked God that he could make it for Joshua’s concert as singspiration leader despite clashes with his army timetable. He thanked God too that his parents were touched by the songs. He’s glad that his school is winding down, time for a breather. Continue to pray for his arrangement/situation next year

• Shu gave thanks for His grace through her paper this morning, and for His refreshment and encouragement during the week.

• Continue to pray for the Uni people as they sit for their exams.

• Ani gave thanks, as she requested for the EL committee in her school and she’s part of it for the year. She’s happy too that things seem to be looking up at her work.

• Serene gave thanks for the week, and for her first paper and the encouraging grades for her assignments.

• Beck thanked God that her mom’s car was saved from the flood, and also for her take home exam that has been submitted. Pray for her lecturer who passed away recently, and also his family in their grief.

• Aunty Grace has flown off on Sunday morning. A long flight to Kansas City then to Canada, then to Oklahoma city, then to san Francisco. Pray for her as she PRs with her associates over there, and holidays with the rest of the family (: They’ll be meeting Jo on the 7th. Keep them all in prayer for safety and for health.

• Pray for Samuel as his PSLE results will be out this Thursday.

• Uncle derrick was in hospital for treatment during the past week for the ‘white patches’ in his head. Pray for his sleep that he can have good rest, and adjust back his body clock. Continue to pray for his health, and as he copes with his work from home.

• Pray for Emmanuel’s healing as he’s down with a throat infection and a running nose.

Sharing 14/11/09

- Continue to pray for Jo as she searches for an apartment. She's viewing an apartment near her university this week, pray that God will make the way to provide a good deal. Thank God that she's able to sleep a little more and better, but continue praying for her mental and physical health.

- Pray for the CD production, as the last 3 songs are being edited. Pray for Pastor as he does a 5min presentation at the pastor's gathering to promote the CD. Pray that God will enable the pastors and their congregations to buy the CDs by faith. Also, Thank God for his continual provision for the CD funds, and continue to pray in faith for the financial provision for the printing of the CD.

- Beck gave thanks for the good results for her test. Pray for her as she works on her take home exam, that God will be her inspiration and provide her clear thoughts.

- Pray for Mich for her duty on Sunday, and also for the rest of the week.

- Keep the uni girls (and guy haha) in prayer as they prepare for their upcoming exams. Pray especially for Serene as her exam begins this week, and also for Shu who has her first paper on Saturday.

- Pray for Uncle Derrick's work situation, as his consultants and team are entering a crucial period for their project. Also keep his health in prayer, especially for the pain in his head and for his vision. Pray that God's healing will be upon him.

Sharing 6 Nov 2009

- Charlie thanked god that his business has found a new location for their office, which is a bigger space. Thanked God too for good Christian landlords.

- Daniel thanked god that his son is safe. Pray that Joshua will be a good boy.

- Jo is still looking for a new apartment. Pray that she will find one near her university at a good price. Pray that it will be a clean place with no insects. Zilch. Pray for her mental health too.

- CD production: pray that we will finish our recording by Sunday.
Praise God for everything thus far and for the goodness (quality) of the CD. Pray especially for Jon who feels stressed, and for the editing process as well. Pray with faith for the provision of finances for the CD and its printing. Pray for Marsha too as she works on the design of the CD. Pray for God’s revelation and guidance to be upon her that it may be a spiritual experience for her as well.

- Beck’s first exam paper starts next Friday – a take home 3-day exam. Keep her in prayer.
Also for her family as they are moving out in 3-6 months time, pray that God will provide a good place in the West. People are evaluating the house on Monday, pray that everything will go smoothly.

- Pastor Jason had an unusual experience of chest pains. Thank god that the medical report is fine. Though the cause of the pain is unknown, pray that he will continue to be careful with his health.

- Continue to pray for Uncle Derrick’s group of consultants, as they are still unable to solve the technical problems. Pray for good team work and wisdom.
Late last Sunday he had a pain on the right side of his head and went to see a neurologist and had a series of tests. His arteries and veins are clear but there were several white spots in the scan. Monday he’s going back to hospital for treatment. Even thought the pain is not as intense now, pray for him that he will be healthy and well.

- Keep Tian in prayer as she ploughs through her heavy workload this week.

- Pray with Shu also as she has a test and a paper due on Monday, and another paper on Tuesday.

- Mich Tay thanked God that she got an easy person to escort for her duty. Pray that her gastric won’t act up when she is stressed.

Sharing 31/10/09

• Jo's still in negotiation regarding her apartment. The roaches are still a persistent problem. Pray for her as she meets the apartment owners, and that God's will will be done.
• Pastor gave thanks that the CD production is coming along fine. Continue to pray for strength for all who are involved in the production.
• Eunice gave thanks for her new car, and also thanked God that complications at work were resolved and things came together smoothly. Pray with her as she is organizing a piano concert for the 14th of Nov, and is busy with its preparations. Pray also for her dad as his business is not doing very well.
• Serene gave thanks for her safe trip to Kuantan with Charlie and friends, and also for her food club's october fest which went well. She will also be going to Taiwan on an internship next May. Keep her and the uni girls in prayer as exams are approaching.
• Shu thanked God for her results for a very difficult test.
• Mich Tay thanked God for exciting opportunities at work.
• Keep Ellyna in prayer as she faces a tough time at work and with her superiors. Pray for God's protection and wisdom amidst her work environment.
• Uncle Derrick is coming to the end of his module Windows for Addiction. Continue to pray with him as he seeks God's subsequent direction.
