Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates

Praise God! Daniel managed to get leave to join us at the Camp!
We praise God as well that JayJay will be joining us for the camp! He shared how he had to take a step of faith by rejecting two holiday jobs to join us for the camp, but we thank God that he has provided him with two other job opportunities!
We praise God that Serene managed to get into NTU!She also managed to obtain leave from her work to join us at the camp. She gave thanks for her recovery from diarrhoea over the past 4 days.
Continue to keep Xiuxiu and Lloyd in prayer as they aren't feeling too well.
Benjamin gave thanks for the great trip in Australia and took opportunity to thank HFC for the warm welcome we extended to him and Jens. Pastor prayed for the both of them and we wish them the very best as they return to Germany on Monday.
Pray for Sherwin's dad who will be away on work from Sun-Wed in Malaysia. Sherwin gave thanks for the timely holiday break he has now and the B+ for his assignment.
Vinson gave thanks that his holiday classes didnt clash with the camp dates. He hopes to be able to use this holiday to start preparing for his O's.
Samuel gave thanks that his holiday classes also did not clash with the church camp.
Auntie G gave thanks for the safe trip. She also gave thanks that she managed to obtain leave for the camp but pray for her as she deals with the heavy workload.
Emmanuel gave great thanks for the really good results he obtained for his mid-year exams. He thanked God for the great improvement and prays for continual focus for the future exams.
Daniel gave thanks that his sister Shuhan has reached Australia safely, despite the accomadation hiccups, she has a very warm boss that's taking care of her.
Miche requested prayer for her sister who will be leaving for a 20day holiday to Europe this Tues.
Pray for Linda as her tailbone is hurting after a fall during training.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates

Victor gave thanks for the great lesson learned after the unfortunate incident at his camp. More importantly, how God preserved him and how we should all cherish the lives we have and live for God's glory.
Vinson gave thanks for his results - he managed to pass his maths and topped the class in various subjects. He also gave thanks to God for calming his nerves and allowing him to shine, eventually winning the English competition in school.
Emmanuel gave thanks for his exam results as well, he scored 3As and 3Bs! Praise God!
Samuel also gave thanks to God that he managed to pass his chinese!
Xiuxiu gave thanks that she managed to recover from her fever and sore throat to attend service.
We thank God that JayJay,Eunice, Auntie Elsie, Ani and Xiuxiu will all be joining us for the church camp!
Continue to pray for Dan, that he will be able to obtain leave to join us for camp as well.
Sherwin gave thanks for God's sustinence, granting him the strength to finish his project. He gave thanks for providence as well, his Dad blessed him with a new notebook. He was also thankful for God's wisdom and guidance, leading him into this course where he feels comfortable and passionate about his work.
Pray for Auntie G, as she'll be flying back from Japan this Tues
Uncle D gave thanks that his project date his been pushed back, giving him more time and space to enjoy the camp!
Continue to keep Tian and Shumin's sister in prayer as they're away in Cambodia and Australia respectively. For Shuhan, that she'll be able to settle in and find accomodation.
Pray for Eunice and Auntie Esther who are both feeling unwell. Eunice - especially with her persistant flu, pray for healing.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates

Pray for Bryan as he was suffering from dizzy spells and nausea after booking out over the weekend.
Continue to pray for Victor at the Taiwan camp, he will be back next Sunday.
Xiuxiu gave thanks that a problematic colleague resigned, on top of that, she gave thanks for the blessing of a promotion and a pda gift from her boss! Praise God!
Uncle D gave thanks that he has recovered from his illness last week.
Pray for Auntie G as she leaves this mon for a business trip to Japan till the 22nd of May.
Ani gave thanks that Joshua's vaccination went smoothly. However, pray for Joshua's rash and the blessing of good skin!
Also, pray for Dan that he will be able to get leave for church camp! Ani also requested prayer as she deliberates if she should go for the camp without Dan.
Dan shared with the church that he was posted to St.M*arg's and anticipates a potential torrent of responsibilities coming his way.
Sherwin gave thanks for his dad's safe journeys and good health thus far. He requested prayer for his project that has a weightage of 50% as well as for his health due to a flu bug going around in class. Also, pray that his holiday lessons won't change so that he can make it for our church camp!
Eunice gave thanks that her mum made the right decision to stay in her current job. She requested prayer for her work place, the stress on all 4 engineers and the distractions that are hampering work efficiency. Pray for her as she goes through an interview/test with her boss next week. Pray for Eunice's sore throat as well!
Samuel gave thanks that he passed his chinese and did decently well for his English exam!
Emmanuel and Vinson requested prayer for their remaining papers next week.
Shu shared that she applied for a position with L*ife Bookshop and is waiting for a response. Pray as well that she'll be able to get the driving slots to finish up her driving by this holiday.
Lastly, Jo shared God's great blessing for her and the revelation of his direction. She gave thanks that she was granted the study award to do her degree at N*TU this coming July. Praise God!

Please pray:

For Victor and the Singaporeans who were injured in the Taiwan incident. Victor is well, but keep him in your prayers.
Pray for Tian and her friend Jess, who will be playing their 3rd/4th placing on Saturday afternoon. Pray for relief and healing for their tired muscles/joints.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Update

Pray for Dan as he recovers from his bout of flu over the week. He gave thanks for the blessing of a good deal for his new guitar. Pray especially for his timetable so that it wont clash with the upcoming church camp.
Pray for Serene as she has an MOE interview this Wednesday for the education degree program with NIE. Pray as well for her application results to the local unis which will be coming out soon.
Pray for Vinson's midyear exam preparations. He has papers till monday next week.
Pray for Victor who will be away in Taipei for 2 weeks on military training.
Pray for Shu as she recovers from her flu as well. Pray for her sister who will be travelling to Thailand & Australia for leisure and work respectively.
Emmanuel gave thanks that he managed to recover from his flu. Continue to keep his health in prayer as he has mid year exams from tues-friday.
Pray for Samuel who has his exams from mon to thurs as well.
Pray for baby Joshua as he'll be getting his vaccination jab on Thurs.
Pray for Auntie G who will be travelling to Japan on work from 14-22 May. She gave thanks that her elbow has also fully recovered.
Pray for Uncle D's health as he recovers from flu.
Jon gave thanks for God's protection during PE last week. Thank God that he didn't seriously injure his nose.
