Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates
  • Continue to pray for Pastor's injured ankle. It is still swollen although thank God, he is not limping any longer.
  • Vinson requested prayer for his upcoming event at his school's sports day. He also gave thanks to God for protecting him from being knocked down by a car.
  • Emmanuel gave thanks for his quick recovery to be in time for his national sprint relay event.
  • Shumin gave thanks for God's answered prayer as her weird colleague has been dealt with. She gave thanks as well for the improvement in her eyesight!
  • Pray for Michelle (huiling) as she faces problems letting her parents know about her desire to come to church. Pray that she will be given the strength to overcome this obstacle.
  • Miche on the other hand is facing a tough time helping out with the canoeing team. Pray for the wisdom to deal with this situation effectively.
  • Tian gave thanks for a good first week at her new job. It gives her the opportunity to do her quiet time in the morning. While juggling two jobs has been tiring, she thanked God for understanding managers at J*ack's Place.
  • Serene's appeal at her college to change subjects didn't work, hence she'll be taking her A'Levels as a private candidate. Continue to pray as she works hard that her mother will not attempt to control and limit her freedom once again.
  • Ani praised God for her performance bonus blessing. She requests prayer that her student's recital will turn out well.
  • Eunice gave thanks as well for the provision of the means to buy a new car!
  • Uncle Derrick requested prayer that his project team will be provided with the manpower that it needs urgently.
  • Pray that Daniel's anatomy test results will be good.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates
  • Please pray ernestly for Serene as she sends in her appeal to her principal this Monday. Pray that the principal will be able to understand her situation and gracefully approve of her request.
  • Pray for Florence as well as she goes through a trying period. Her sister-in-law Curie is currently battling a bout of depression over her medical condition. Florence's close colleague also passed away recently, her work has been very stressful and Darren recently sprained his leg again. So please pray for God's provision of strength during this period of time.
  • Pray for the general health of the members as many are struggling with the flu bug.
  • Praise God that Shu's headaches have stopped. However, continue to pray for the new colleague that has proven to be quite unnerving.
  • Michelle requests prayer that she will contract chicken pox. She shared her joy of meeting old friends as well as prayer for her two friends who face dilemmas between church and outside commitments. Pray that God's direction.
  • Xintian gave thanks for the new job that she has obtained. However, she will be keeping her J*ack's Place concurrently. Thus pray that she'll be able to handle both jobs.
  • Pray for Joanna as well as she faces a tight schedule this week with three submission dates. Pray that she'll be able to complete and submit her assignments on time.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates
  • Pastor gave thanks for the positive results in the ministry to Lloyd's friend, Wilfred. Pray that the music will continue to have the same nursing and enriching effect.
  • Auntie Elsie gave thanks for Uncle Estee's successful colon tests. She thanked God for providing him with the strength and seeks prayer that the biopsy results will be positive.
  • Emmanuel gave thanks for God's healing upon him, allowing him to be fit enough to run for his school's Sports day and earning 2 Gold medals!
  • Vinson shared with the church on the God given determination to sacrifice a street soccer competition to devote the weekends to God.
  • Pray for Shumin that she'll be able to overcome the headaches that have been troubling her at work!
  • Pray for Michelle as she applies for several scholarships.
  • Linda gave thanks that she managed to avoid losing her wallet after accidentally leaving it in a cab.
  • Eunice gave thanks as well for the better health as well as the improvements to her Dad's business. But continue to pray that God will keep her in a healthy shape to deal with the stress and sensitivities she faces at work. Pray for an environment of encouragement and joy at her workplace where it will build her up and not make her feel down.
  • XinTian continues to have a stressful work week with a punishing schedule. Pray for strength as well as the wisdom to deal with an unnerving colleague.

Prayer and Thanksgiving Updates
  • Eunice requests prayer for her health as well as her Dad's business that isn't doing as well as he hoped for.
  • Tian thanked God for seeing her through an extremely exhausting week. She requested prayer for the busy week ahead as well.
  • Continue to pray for Samuel's piano test results.
  • Auntie Grace gave thanks to God for miraculously delaying her Moscow trip once again.
  • Continue to pray that God will provide the consultant that Uncle Derrick's company is looking for.
  • Emmanuel gave thanks for the prayers in the past week. Continue to pray for his sore throat and cough.
  • Jonadab gave thanks for God's provision of a spot in SA.
  • Shumin gave thanks for her results, and more importantly for God's clear indication of the direction she should take in her studies.
  • Anisia thanked God for the positive result in her job observation.
